I am someone who gives extremely rare 5 star reviews. I believe that a business is not measured by how great their customer service is when they are trying to get your as a customer because that would be the honeymoon stage and everything is rosy and bright. A true measure of a company's customer service is when they already completed their service, they got your money and something happens down the line that allows them to put their guarantee to the test. This is what happened to this installation. Sam is my go to guy, if I were to put a review from the intial installation I would have put 4.5 stars because there were some hiccups along the way which didnt make the whole process seamless. Fast forward a year when the lock that was installed got stuck. I immediately called Sam and he sent Cody A who cam within a couple of hours and really spent the time to troubleshoot the issue. If this were just another tech, they probably would have said we need to replace this and that and do this and that. The initial finding was a replacement of one part which was not replaced the last time. Sam was going to give me a 50% discount on the part and the labor will be included since this was the same issue but on a different part within the same door. I asked Cody a lot of questions and our conversation made him test a few things. He found a flaw in the initial installation as well as the key. This ended up saving me money because of the extra effort he put into finding root causes of the issue instead of the easy way that most techs do which is REPLACE. I am very impressed with Cody and it is because of him that this establishment gets a full 5 stars from me. I have a hard time trusting businesses these days but this place has earned my full trust. I highly recommend this place especially Cody A. I have bookmarked this business as my primary locksmith.

Exceptional Service – More Than Just a Locksmith! I genuinely wish there were more stars to give, but five is the limit! My wife found herself in an incredibly stressful situation when our little two-year-old accidentally locked himself in our master bedroom—key inside, door childproofed, and no way to open it from either side. Unfortunately, I wasn’t home to help, which made it even more overwhelming for her. I quickly searched on Google and came across Alohamore. From the moment I called and explained the predicament, Derek responded more like a rescue firefighter than a locksmith. While she kept our little troublemaker entertained with cookies and distractions, Derek was already en route. Within minutes—faster than it took me to type this review—he had our son safely out. I highly recommend Alohomora locksmiths as the go-to locksmith company. Best locksmith service, very professional and respectful phone agents, worked with me on timing that fits my schedule, did a wonderful job at giving me the correct and informal information I needed, also with explaining all my opinions and what they could do to help assist me in getting back into my vehicle. Very reasonable on pricing and reliable. On time to our scheduled appointment with a courteous phone call informing me of their arrival about 5 to 10 minutes before they showed up. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient at his job. No hassle, no issues, no stress, got me back into my car, and a new key made in less than 15 minutes.

The technician was helpful and accommodating during a very stressful situation- they are also fairly priced (especially compared to what the dealership quoted for a replacement car key). Definitely recommend!!

Fair pricing. Good communication. Great customer service. Jarred was a total hero! I’m sure locksmiths hear their share of sob stories, but nothing adds to the stress of a broken key fob and vehicle trapped in airport parking then the fear of an outrageous bill. I called eighteen locksmiths in the Portland area. Most vaguely quoted me a range of what it could cost up to three times what Alohamora charged. Some locksmiths didn’t have the software to program an our specific vehicle. Another locksmith stood us up after waiting several hours… it was such a headache. Alohamora got back to me quickly via text, providing me a reasonable quote as well as clear communication around scheduling. When Jarred met me at the airport parking lot he was professional, efficient, and kind. I know It doesn’t seem like kindness should matter much, but when you’re a single car family, pacing with your infant desperate to figure out if your car is going to work again—it was comforting to feel like Jarred really cared. I couldn’t be more grateful.

We used Alohomora for car key fob replication. They have a mobile van that came to us and scheduled it the same day. The cost was considerably cheaper than if we had this done at the dealership. I would utilize them again if needed.

My problem of not being able to start my automobile was resolved. I got a replacement key fob and all should be good for now. Was happy with Gabriel’s work.

I had two electronic deadbolts installed. One door already had a deadbolt and the other one had to have the whole deadbolt thing put in. Jose did a great job, explained everything clearly, arrived when he said he would, cleaned up after himself, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and making sure everything worked the way it was supposed to. I will certainly be calling them again for further lock work.

Lucked into finding Alohamora through Google and the 5 star reviews are warranted! They promptly answered the phone with excellent customer service and quoted me a fantastic price. Jonathan, the service technician, came to my home within a few hours and was able to source and program a new key fob as well as copy a laser cut key. He ensured that we were completely satisfied with his work before payment. He was also a pleasure to work with, being both kind and excellent at his job. I will call back for any future needs.

I needed all my exterior locks re-keyed on five doors. The company responded promptly when I first contacted them via the website, and had time available within days. They were great at letting me know my technician had been delayed and gave me the option of rescheduling, which wasn’t necessary because I had time to wait. Alan, the technician was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Since I didn’t have keys for all the locks—some he was able to pick and re-key, but a couple had to be replaced. He was up-front about all pricing. Excellent work all around. Respectful and professional. I will not hesitate to use this company again or refer others to them. Service so good, you’ll feel like it’s magic. 😉

I had three doors at my new house that needed new locks, plus adding a number pad lock to my front door. The locksmith arrived that afternoon and did a great job installing the locks. He was friendly and helpful, making sure I understood how to program the number pad lock. I would recommend Alohomora Locksmith for their prompt response and quality work. Great lock out service! Was locked out of keyless entry... tech arrived in time promised (within an hour on a Sunday!) and was able to fix problem AND had time to install another lock on a different door. Locksmith Max was polite and respectful, removing shoes on entering my home, also quick and efficient. Price was very reasonable, too. Highly recommend!
