They provided fair deals with providing 2 spares for my motorcycle key (2015 cbr500r). I met with Dereck and he finished making my duplicates in less than 15 minutes. Dereck was a calm and understanding technician. Compared to other prices, a company called Fast Key charged me double than what Alohomora offered. I'm definitely going back if I lose any more keys.

After some time, Alohomora reached out to me and apologized for the last service and refunded my money. I am updating my review because of this good will, but I'm not erasing my experience as I feel it's important to share with others. The company has not mentioned anything about how they warrant their work and I feel that is important for consumers to have reassurance with this type of work. Derek is the bomb! Showed up after hours to make sure my Garage door was working after it jammed open. He observed that it was in warranty also. He really took the time to look at it and check for any abnormalities. I recommend Derek for sure! Door works excellent now.

Our 1990s garage door opener opened its last door and gave up trying to open any more. And while we didn't reach out to Alohomora directly, they sent a contractor out to help. They had what we needed and we were able to negotiate down to a fair price to replace on the spot. It's been working great for the past few months; hope we get another 30 years out of it hahah.

They changed our locks and installed a new garage door after we moved. The garage door stopped working a few months later, but they sent a technician to fix it within an hour for no charge.

I went to take the trash out and Derek was installing a new lock on our neighbor's mailbox. I chatted with him for a minute, then I remembered that the padlock on the spare tire case of our Toyota Rav4 was rusted closed. I asked him if he might have a pair of bolt cutters.
