Thank you, thank you thank you!!!. Sunday morning just got off work 10hr shift. Went to gym decided I didn't need my jacket on. Threw it in the car and "WAIT" click!. Locked the only key inside. Little money, two days before payday. Called random online local spots for help. Alohamora called back worked with us ,very polite, respectful faster then ever would have thought. Whole ordeal was less then half an hour. That's including calling and driver arriving on scene. Two thumbs up ten stars. Trust one thing in life. Alohamora will get you back to your busy life before yah know ahh.

I am someone who gives extremely rare 5 star reviews. I believe that a business is not measured by how great their customer service is when they are trying to get your as a customer because that would be the honeymoon stage and everything is rosy and bright. A true measure of a company's customer service is when they already completed their service, they got your money and something happens down the line that allows them to put their guarantee to the test. This is what happened to this installation. Sam is my go to guy, if I were to put a review from the intial installation I would have put 4.5 stars because there were some hiccups along the way which didnt make the whole process seamless. Fast forward a year when the lock that was installed got stuck. I immediately called Sam and he sent Cody A who cam within a couple of hours and really spent the time to troubleshoot the issue. If this were just another tech, they probably would have said we need to replace this and that and do this and that. The initial finding was a replacement of one part which was not replaced the last time. Sam was going to give me a 50% discount on the part and the labor will be included since this was the same issue but on a different part within the same door. I asked Cody a lot of questions and our conversation made him test a few things. He found a flaw in the initial installation as well as the key. This ended up saving me money because of the extra effort he put into finding root causes of the issue instead of the easy way that most techs do which is REPLACE. I am very impressed with Cody and it is because of him that this establishment gets a full 5 stars from me. I have a hard time trusting businesses these days but this place has earned my full trust. I highly recommend this place especially Cody A. I have bookmarked this business as my primary locksmith.

Super fast and friendly service. We needed our latch replaced and Cody came over within 30 minutes of my initial call. I wasn’t expecting fast service, just called to set something up for the future, but I’m so glad the job/task is done and our door opens and closes without issue as of today. I can't explain how annoying it is to have to pay ADHD tax. Derek w/ Alohomora blew my mind with his kindness and efficacy at solving my problem. I lost my van key (and found it later) but needed to move it ASAP. Derek responded in a timely manner and had the problem solved in 30 minutes. I left my keys in the trunk of my car and couldn't open it from the cabin. Someone was kind enough to come by early in the morning on a Saturday... I was also an idoit and left my keys in the trunk again when I was fixing my lever issue. So I called her again and she came back to help. Luckily, I already fixed the lever problem as soon as I could and I called her again as she was pulling up. She didn't have to help me again and I couldn't tell if she was annoyed or not but we laughed about it. Point is, the technician was very nice. I never had to call a locksmith before and I felt stupid but it all worked out and I'm very appreciative they were able to come out. Especially on a Saturday morning

Kristina the tech was great! She had my car unlocked and a working ignition key made in 10 minutes. It took another 12 minutes to reset the anti theft system in the cars computer, to sync with the new key transponder chip. (This makes the lost keys useless and will not start the car anymore) that put my mind at ease. These guys have everything they need to do their job efficiently in their van, from the computers needed to reset your cars ecm to key fob replacement . They were awesome!. Kristina their service tech really knows what she is doing!
