The representative, Carlos, immediately organized a technician named Cody to get out to me in an hour! Cody also promptly arrived, was courteous, assessed the situation and completed the entire job in under 30 minutes. He then explained everything he did in detail to me. I left my keys in the trunk of my car and couldn't open it from the cabin. Someone was kind enough to come by early in the morning on a Saturday... I was also an idoit and left my keys in the trunk again when I was fixing my lever issue. So I called her again and she came back to help. Luckily, I already fixed the lever problem as soon as I could and I called her again as she was pulling up. She didn't have to help me again and I couldn't tell if she was annoyed or not but we laughed about it. Point is, the technician was very nice. I never had to call a locksmith before and I felt stupid but it all worked out and I'm very appreciative they were able to come out. Especially on a Saturday morning

What a tremendous experience! Derek C, Alohomora Technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the three different types of combo locks he installed at my home. I had three doors at my new house that needed new locks, plus adding a number pad lock to my front door. The locksmith arrived that afternoon and did a great job installing the locks. He was friendly and helpful, making sure I understood how to program the number pad lock. I would recommend Alohomora Locksmith for their prompt response and quality work. Plus, you gotta love the name!

Thank you, thank you thank you!!!. Sunday morning just got off work 10hr shift. Went to gym decided I didn't need my jacket on. Threw it in the car and "WAIT" click!. Locked the only key inside. Little money, two days before payday. Called random online local spots for help. Alohamora called back worked with us ,very polite, respectful faster then ever would have thought. Whole ordeal was less then half an hour. That's including calling and driver arriving on scene. Two thumbs up ten stars. Trust one thing in life. Alohamora will get you back to your busy life before yah know ahh.

We had a break in, Alohomora got there same day, was able to save a lot of compliments of the lock. Derek was a great communicator, kept me in the loop with what he was doing. Hope to never need a locksmith again but now in the card file, great to have a solid contact.

I am someone who gives extremely rare 5 star reviews. I believe that a business is not measured by how great their customer service is when they are trying to get your as a customer because that would be the honeymoon stage and everything is rosy and bright. A true measure of a company's customer service is when they already completed their service, they got your money and something happens down the line that allows them to put their guarantee to the test. This is what happened to this installation. Sam is my go to guy, if I were to put a review from the intial installation I would have put 4.5 stars because there were some hiccups along the way which didnt make the whole process seamless. Fast forward a year when the lock that was installed got stuck. I immediately called Sam and he sent Cody A who cam within a couple of hours and really spent the time to troubleshoot the issue. If this were just another tech, they probably would have said we need to replace this and that and do this and that. The initial finding was a replacement of one part which was not replaced the last time. Sam was going to give me a 50% discount on the part and the labor will be included since this was the same issue but on a different part within the same door. I asked Cody a lot of questions and our conversation made him test a few things. He found a flaw in the initial installation as well as the key. This ended up saving me money because of the extra effort he put into finding root causes of the issue instead of the easy way that most techs do which is REPLACE. I am very impressed with Cody and it is because of him that this establishment gets a full 5 stars from me. I have a hard time trusting businesses these days but this place has earned my full trust. I highly recommend this place especially Cody A. I have bookmarked this business as my primary locksmith.

Max replaced an RV lock quickly and efficiently.

Jared could not find a door to open as there were chain locks on all the doors but one except that it had a stuck latch with no lock-he was able to take out (and Not break) a small window in the door-brilliant -the guy never gave up!!!!!!

Great customer service. And the technician was very nice.

The first technician who came to help replace my fob was very rude and had attitude and he left without helping me after I said I wouldn't sign the invoice for a different amount than what was agreed upon on the phone, even if it wasnt all going to be charged. He didn't smile, wasn't pleasant in the way he spoke, acted like i was dumb. They sent another technician within a few hrs and he was very kind and quick. If I owned this business I wouldn't want the 1st technician to represent my company. The 2nd was Jarred and he was super nice and quick! I would have given a 1 star review for the first guy and 5 plus star for the second. The owner quickly called and made things right. Thank you for your help I greatly appreciate it.

Max was AMAZING. Got locked out of my townhome and maintenance was not able to assist. It was late Saturday night and Max was prompt and diligent. He continued working on the door for 50 minutes until he was able to open it. Reliable and diligent worker. Absolutely recommended.
