Fair pricing. Good communication. Great customer service. Jarred was a total hero! I’m sure locksmiths hear their share of sob stories, but nothing adds to the stress of a broken key fob and vehicle trapped in airport parking then the fear of an outrageous bill. I called eighteen locksmiths in the Portland area. Most vaguely quoted me a range of what it could cost up to three times what Alohamora charged. Some locksmiths didn’t have the software to program an our specific vehicle. Another locksmith stood us up after waiting several hours… it was such a headache. Alohamora got back to me quickly via text, providing me a reasonable quote as well as clear communication around scheduling. When Jarred met me at the airport parking lot he was professional, efficient, and kind. I know It doesn’t seem like kindness should matter much, but when you’re a single car family, pacing with your infant desperate to figure out if your car is going to work again—it was comforting to feel like Jarred really cared. I couldn’t be more grateful.

It was quite a shock when we arrived home late at night and discovered that our house keys were locked in the house. Gabe arrived promptly abt 15 minutes after he was notified, with a very friendly and professional attitude. There was some trouble with the old lock on the front door so he switched to another door and he got it opened in no time. We certainly recommend him. I am someone who gives extremely rare 5 star reviews. I believe that a business is not measured by how great their customer service is when they are trying to get your as a customer because that would be the honeymoon stage and everything is rosy and bright. A true measure of a company's customer service is when they already completed their service, they got your money and something happens down the line that allows them to put their guarantee to the test. This is what happened to this installation. Sam is my go to guy, if I were to put a review from the intial installation I would have put 4.5 stars because there were some hiccups along the way which didnt make the whole process seamless. Fast forward a year when the lock that was installed got stuck. I immediately called Sam and he sent Cody A who cam within a couple of hours and really spent the time to troubleshoot the issue. If this were just another tech, they probably would have said we need to replace this and that and do this and that. The initial finding was a replacement of one part which was not replaced the last time. Sam was going to give me a 50% discount on the part and the labor will be included since this was the same issue but on a different part within the same door. I asked Cody a lot of questions and our conversation made him test a few things. He found a flaw in the initial installation as well as the key. This ended up saving me money because of the extra effort he put into finding root causes of the issue instead of the easy way that most techs do which is REPLACE. I am very impressed with Cody and it is because of him that this establishment gets a full 5 stars from me. I have a hard time trusting businesses these days but this place has earned my full trust. I highly recommend this place especially Cody A. I have bookmarked this business as my primary locksmith.

I needed a fob-style vehicle key created. After a phone call, a technician was sent out very quickly, and easily understood the issue and accomplished the task right in the driveway. The price I was charged was quite reasonable, about half what I might have expected to pay at a dealership. Very pleased with the prompt and professional service received.

Super fast and friendly service. We needed our latch replaced and Cody came over within 30 minutes of my initial call. I wasn’t expecting fast service, just called to set something up for the future, but I’m so glad the job/task is done and our door opens and closes without issue as of today. This is my second time calling Alohomora for other lock problems, and once again , Cody fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price.

Everything was quick and seamless with Alohomora. The deadbolt on our back door broke and we couldn't use the door at all, and Cody arrived within ~20 minutes of calling the company. He did a fantastic job both extracting the old lock and installing a new one. Cody even realigned our door latch so everything opens and closes smoothly! All in all the process took less than 2 hours from calling Alohomora to finishing the job, and the price was definitely very reasonable! I'll definitely call them again for future locksmithing needs!

Vehicle ignition lock cylinder seized, Alohomora was able to send someone out same day to repair it. Roman was great, friendly and knowledgeable, he repaired the lock cylinder and had me on my way!! Would recommend

Thank you, thank you thank you!!!. Sunday morning just got off work 10hr shift. Went to gym decided I didn't need my jacket on. Threw it in the car and "WAIT" click!. Locked the only key inside. Little money, two days before payday. Called random online local spots for help. Alohamora called back worked with us ,very polite, respectful faster then ever would have thought. Whole ordeal was less then half an hour. That's including calling and driver arriving on scene. Two thumbs up ten stars. Trust one thing in life. Max replaced an RV lock quickly and efficiently.

I would highly recommend this company. Everybody I worked with was very friendly, especially my technician Roman. He went above and beyond to help fix the root of the issue that locked me out of my car in the first place. My problem of not being able to start my automobile was resolved. I got a replacement key fob and all should be good for now. Was happy with Gabriel’s work.

9/23 Roman came out and fixed the latch on my back door and added a lock to my storage room. They even gave me a discount for being a repeat customer. This is my GO-TO locksmith! Always excellent service, reasonably priced, & very reliable. Thanks again Roman!
