Great experience all around & truly top notch service. That was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. The representative, Carlos, immediately organized a technician named Cody to get out to me in an hour! Cody also promptly arrived, was courteous, assessed the situation and completed the entire job in under 30 minutes. He then explained everything he did in detail to me. I called at 8:30 am and by 9:30 a technician was at my doorstep! I had asked for 2 tasks. He not only did those but also noticed my front door handle was loose ( a previous locksmith said I’d have to replace my entire front door knob) and he fixed it. He then fixed my garage door knob which had been falling off. No additional charge just awesome customer service!! Gabe-you rock! I will definitely be a return customer!

I needed all my exterior locks re-keyed on five doors. The company responded promptly when I first contacted them via the website, and had time available within days. They were great at letting me know my technician had been delayed and gave me the option of rescheduling, which wasn’t necessary because I had time to wait. Alan, the technician was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Since I didn’t have keys for all the locks—some he was able to pick and re-key, but a couple had to be replaced. He was up-front about all pricing. Excellent work all around. Respectful and professional. I will not hesitate to use this company again or refer others to them. Service so good, you’ll feel like it’s magic. 😉

Fair pricing. Good communication. Great customer service. Jarred was a total hero! I’m sure locksmiths hear their share of sob stories, but nothing adds to the stress of a broken key fob and vehicle trapped in airport parking then the fear of an outrageous bill. I called eighteen locksmiths in the Portland area. Most vaguely quoted me a range of what it could cost up to three times what Alohamora charged. Some locksmiths didn’t have the software to program an our specific vehicle. Another locksmith stood us up after waiting several hours… it was such a headache. Alohamora got back to me quickly via text, providing me a reasonable quote as well as clear communication around scheduling. When Jarred met me at the airport parking lot he was professional, efficient, and kind. I know It doesn’t seem like kindness should matter much, but when you’re a single car family, pacing with your infant desperate to figure out if your car is going to work again—it was comforting to feel like Jarred really cared. I couldn’t be more grateful.

Kristina the tech was great! She had my car unlocked and a working ignition key made in 10 minutes. It took another 12 minutes to reset the anti theft system in the cars computer, to sync with the new key transponder chip. (This makes the lost keys useless and will not start the car anymore) that put my mind at ease. These guys have everything they need to do their job efficiently in their van, from the computers needed to reset your cars ecm to key fob replacement . They were awesome!. Kristina their service tech really knows what she is doing!

Exceptional Service – More Than Just a Locksmith! I genuinely wish there were more stars to give, but five is the limit! My wife found herself in an incredibly stressful situation when our little two-year-old accidentally locked himself in our master bedroom—key inside, door childproofed, and no way to open it from either side. Unfortunately, I wasn’t home to help, which made it even more overwhelming for her. I quickly searched on Google and came across Alohamore. From the moment I called and explained the predicament, Derek responded more like a rescue firefighter than a locksmith. While she kept our little troublemaker entertained with cookies and distractions, Derek was already en route. Within minutes—faster than it took me to type this review—he had our son safely out.
