Derek came out to install a deadbolt but offered a better solution. Was locked out of keyless entry... tech arrived in time promised (within an hour on a Sunday!) and was able to fix problem AND had time to install another lock on a different door. It was quite a shock when we arrived home late at night and discovered that our house keys were locked in the house. Gabe arrived promptly abt 15 minutes after he was notified, with a very friendly and professional attitude. Everything was quick and seamless with Alohomora. The deadbolt on our back door broke and we couldn't use the door at all, and Cody arrived within ~20 minutes of calling the company. He did a fantastic job both extracting the old lock and installing a new one. Cody even realigned our door latch so everything opens and closes smoothly! All in all the process took less than 2 hours from calling Alohomora to finishing the job, and the price was definitely very reasonable! I'll definitely call them again for future locksmithing needs!

These people are the best! Anyone who has been locked out has a story of inconvenience and frustration. I went to Google and read thru reviews of other locksmiths not wanting to add insult to injury. When I called I was offered an estimate complete with a heads-up on the service fee, all of which were super reasonable, and the freedom to choose the two-hour window that worked best for me. I can't explain how annoying it is to have to pay ADHD tax. Derek w/ Alohomora blew my mind with his kindness and efficacy at solving my problem. I lost my van key (and found it later) but needed to move it ASAP. Derek responded in a timely manner and had the problem solved in 30 minutes. The first technician who came to help replace my fob was very rude and had attitude and he left without helping me after I said I wouldn't sign the invoice for a different amount than what was agreed upon on the phone, even if it wasnt all going to be charged. He didn't smile, wasn't pleasant in the way he spoke, acted like i was dumb. They sent another technician within a few hrs and he was very kind and quick. If I owned this business I wouldn't want the 1st technician to represent my company. The 2nd was Jarred and he was super nice and quick! I would have given a 1 star review for the first guy and 5 plus star for the second. The owner quickly called and made things right. Thank you for your help I greatly appreciate it.
