Roman was able to come right out the same day I called. He cut new keys and programmed the keys and a new replacement transponder for my car. He was fast and professional and the fee was exactly what they quoted me on the phone. I would recommend!

Max was AMAZING. Got locked out of my townhome and maintenance was not able to assist. It was late Saturday night and Max was prompt and diligent. He continued working on the door for 50 minutes until he was able to open it. Reliable and diligent worker. Absolutely recommended.

Derek came right out and fixed our 1907 door locks right away. We had several that just wouldn't shut and some knobs that kept popping off. Everything is working great and I have his number for the next one that goes wonky! Will definitely call Alohomora again!

The first technician who came to help replace my fob was very rude and had attitude and he left without helping me after I said I wouldn't sign the invoice for a different amount than what was agreed upon on the phone, even if it wasnt all going to be charged. He didn't smile, wasn't pleasant in the way he spoke, acted like i was dumb. They sent another technician within a few hrs and he was very kind and quick. If I owned this business I wouldn't want the 1st technician to represent my company. The 2nd was Jarred and he was super nice and quick! I would have given a 1 star review for the first guy and 5 plus star for the second. The owner quickly called and made things right. Thank you for your help I greatly appreciate it.

Thank you, thank you thank you!!!. Sunday morning just got off work 10hr shift. Went to gym decided I didn't need my jacket on. Threw it in the car and "WAIT" click!. Locked the only key inside. Little money, two days before payday. Called random online local spots for help. Alohamora called back worked with us ,very polite, respectful faster then ever would have thought. Whole ordeal was less then half an hour. That's including calling and driver arriving on scene. Two thumbs up ten stars. Trust one thing in life. Alohamora will get you back to your busy life before yah know ahh.

It was quite a shock when we arrived home late at night and discovered that our house keys were locked in the house. Gabe arrived promptly abt 15 minutes after he was notified, with a very friendly and professional attitude. There was some trouble with the old lock on the front door so he switched to another door and he got it opened in no time. We certainly recommend him. I left my keys in the trunk of my car and couldn't open it from the cabin. Someone was kind enough to come by early in the morning on a Saturday... I was also an idoit and left my keys in the trunk again when I was fixing my lever issue. So I called her again and she came back to help. Luckily, I already fixed the lever problem as soon as I could and I called her again as she was pulling up. She didn't have to help me again and I couldn't tell if she was annoyed or not but we laughed about it. Point is, the technician was very nice. I never had to call a locksmith before and I felt stupid but it all worked out and I'm very appreciative they were able to come out. Especially on a Saturday morning

Highly recommend this place. They showed up when the one other locksmith place didn't after waiting 2 and a half hours in the cold rain.

I am someone who gives extremely rare 5 star reviews. I believe that a business is not measured by how great their customer service is when they are trying to get your as a customer because that would be the honeymoon stage and everything is rosy and bright. A true measure of a company's customer service is when they already completed their service, they got your money and something happens down the line that allows them to put their guarantee to the test. This is what happened to this installation. Sam is my go to guy, if I were to put a review from the intial installation I would have put 4.5 stars because there were some hiccups along the way which didnt make the whole process seamless. Fast forward a year when the lock that was installed got stuck. I immediately called Sam and he sent Cody A who cam within a couple of hours and really spent the time to troubleshoot the issue. If this were just another tech, they probably would have said we need to replace this and that and do this and that. The initial finding was a replacement of one part which was not replaced the last time. Sam was going to give me a 50% discount on the part and the labor will be included since this was the same issue but on a different part within the same door. I asked Cody a lot of questions and our conversation made him test a few things. He found a flaw in the initial installation as well as the key. This ended up saving me money because of the extra effort he put into finding root causes of the issue instead of the easy way that most techs do which is REPLACE. I am very impressed with Cody and it is because of him that this establishment gets a full 5 stars from me. I have a hard time trusting businesses these days but this place has earned my full trust. I highly recommend this place especially Cody A. I have bookmarked this business as my primary locksmith.

9/23 Roman came out and fixed the latch on my back door and added a lock to my storage room. They even gave me a discount for being a repeat customer. This is my GO-TO locksmith! Always excellent service, reasonably priced, & very reliable. Thanks again Roman!

Kristina the tech was great! She had my car unlocked and a working ignition key made in 10 minutes. It took another 12 minutes to reset the anti theft system in the cars computer, to sync with the new key transponder chip. (This makes the lost keys useless and will not start the car anymore) that put my mind at ease. These guys have everything they need to do their job efficiently in their van, from the computers needed to reset your cars ecm to key fob replacement . They were awesome!. Kristina their service tech really knows what she is doing!

Vehicle ignition lock cylinder seized, Alohomora was able to send someone out same day to repair it. Roman was great, friendly and knowledgeable, he repaired the lock cylinder and had me on my way!! Would recommend

I needed all my exterior locks re-keyed on five doors. The company responded promptly when I first contacted them via the website, and had time available within days. They were great at letting me know my technician had been delayed and gave me the option of rescheduling, which wasn’t necessary because I had time to wait. Alan, the technician was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Since I didn’t have keys for all the locks—some he was able to pick and re-key, but a couple had to be replaced. He was up-front about all pricing. Excellent work all around. Respectful and professional. I will not hesitate to use this company again or refer others to them. Service so good, you’ll feel like it’s magic. 😉

I can't explain how annoying it is to have to pay ADHD tax. Derek w/ Alohomora blew my mind with his kindness and efficacy at solving my problem. I lost my van key (and found it later) but needed to move it ASAP. Derek responded in a timely manner and had the problem solved in 30 minutes. Excellent service and comparable prices across the board. Will definitely be keeping his card for future ADHD taxes.
