Super fast and friendly service. We needed our latch replaced and Cody came over within 30 minutes of my initial call. I wasn’t expecting fast service, just called to set something up for the future, but I’m so glad the job/task is done and our door opens and closes without issue as of today. I called at 8:30 am and by 9:30 a technician was at my doorstep! I had asked for 2 tasks. He not only did those but also noticed my front door handle was loose ( a previous locksmith said I’d have to replace my entire front door knob) and he fixed it. He then fixed my garage door knob which had been falling off. No additional charge just awesome customer service!! Gabe-you rock! I will definitely be a return customer!

These people are the best! Anyone who has been locked out has a story of inconvenience and frustration. I went to Google and read thru reviews of other locksmiths not wanting to add insult to injury. When I called I was offered an estimate complete with a heads-up on the service fee, all of which were super reasonable, and the freedom to choose the two-hour window that worked best for me. Christina called to let me know she would be available sooner if that worked for me. She was prompt, courteous, professional, and fast. She saved my day and helped me brush off the negative vibes. Great lock out service! Was locked out of keyless entry... tech arrived in time promised (within an hour on a Sunday!) and was able to fix problem AND had time to install another lock on a different door. Locksmith Max was polite and respectful, removing shoes on entering my home, also quick and efficient. Price was very reasonable, too. Highly recommend!

We cleaned our garage today and after we were done we realized the garage door was no longer working. Tried to fix on our own with no luck so we called Alohamora. Derek arrived in the afternoon same day, fixed it with some electrical tape in a short amount of time. Exceptional Service – More Than Just a Locksmith! I genuinely wish there were more stars to give, but five is the limit! My wife found herself in an incredibly stressful situation when our little two-year-old accidentally locked himself in our master bedroom—key inside, door childproofed, and no way to open it from either side. Unfortunately, I wasn’t home to help, which made it even more overwhelming for her. I quickly searched on Google and came across Alohamore. Thank you, thank you thank you!!!. Sunday morning just got off work 10hr shift. Went to gym decided I didn't need my jacket on. Threw it in the car and "WAIT" click!. Locked the only key inside. Little money, two days before payday. Called random online local spots for help. Alohamora called back worked with us ,very polite, respectful faster then ever would have thought. Whole ordeal was less then half an hour. That's including calling and driver arriving on scene. Two thumbs up ten stars. Trust one thing in life. Everything was quick and seamless with Alohomora. The deadbolt on our back door broke and we couldn't use the door at all, and Cody arrived within ~20 minutes of calling the company. He did a fantastic job both extracting the old lock and installing a new one. Cody even realigned our door latch so everything opens and closes smoothly! All in all the process took less than 2 hours from calling Alohomora to finishing the job, and the price was definitely very reasonable! I'll definitely call them again for future locksmithing needs!

Kristina the tech was great! She had my car unlocked and a working ignition key made in 10 minutes. It took another 12 minutes to reset the anti theft system in the cars computer, to sync with the new key transponder chip. (This makes the lost keys useless and will not start the car anymore) that put my mind at ease. These guys have everything they need to do their job efficiently in their van, from the computers needed to reset your cars ecm to key fob replacement . They were awesome!. Kristina their service tech really knows what she is doing!
