We had a break in, Alohomora got there same day, was able to save a lot of compliments of the lock. Derek was a great communicator, kept me in the loop with what he was doing. Hope to never need a locksmith again but now in the card file, great to have a solid contact.

I needed a fob-style vehicle key created. After a phone call, a technician was sent out very quickly, and easily understood the issue and accomplished the task right in the driveway. The price I was charged was quite reasonable, about half what I might have expected to pay at a dealership. Very pleased with the prompt and professional service received.

It was quite a shock when we arrived home late at night and discovered that our house keys were locked in the house. Gabe arrived promptly abt 15 minutes after he was notified, with a very friendly and professional attitude. There was some trouble with the old lock on the front door so he switched to another door and he got it opened in no time. We certainly recommend him. Super fast and friendly service. We needed our latch replaced and Cody came over within 30 minutes of my initial call. I wasn’t expecting fast service, just called to set something up for the future, but I’m so glad the job/task is done and our door opens and closes without issue as of today. This is my second time calling Alohomora for other lock problems, and once again , Cody fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price.

I am someone who gives extremely rare 5 star reviews. I believe that a business is not measured by how great their customer service is when they are trying to get your as a customer because that would be the honeymoon stage and everything is rosy and bright. A true measure of a company's customer service is when they already completed their service, they got your money and something happens down the line that allows them to put their guarantee to the test. This is what happened to this installation. Sam is my go to guy, if I were to put a review from the intial installation I would have put 4.5 stars because there were some hiccups along the way which didnt make the whole process seamless. Fast forward a year when the lock that was installed got stuck. I immediately called Sam and he sent Cody A who cam within a couple of hours and really spent the time to troubleshoot the issue. If this were just another tech, they probably would have said we need to replace this and that and do this and that. The initial finding was a replacement of one part which was not replaced the last time. Sam was going to give me a 50% discount on the part and the labor will be included since this was the same issue but on a different part within the same door. I asked Cody a lot of questions and our conversation made him test a few things. He found a flaw in the initial installation as well as the key. This ended up saving me money because of the extra effort he put into finding root causes of the issue instead of the easy way that most techs do which is REPLACE. I am very impressed with Cody and it is because of him that this establishment gets a full 5 stars from me. I have a hard time trusting businesses these days but this place has earned my full trust. I highly recommend this place especially Cody A. I have bookmarked this business as my primary locksmith.

Zack the key tech was extremely friendly, got my service completed within 15 to 20 minutes of arrival. Getting a copy of a Sprinter key has never been easier.

Jared could not find a door to open as there were chain locks on all the doors but one except that it had a stuck latch with no lock-he was able to take out (and Not break) a small window in the door-brilliant -the guy never gave up!!!!!!
