These people are the best! Anyone who has been locked out has a story of inconvenience and frustration. I went to Google and read thru reviews of other locksmiths not wanting to add insult to injury. When I called I was offered an estimate complete with a heads-up on the service fee, all of which were super reasonable, and the freedom to choose the two-hour window that worked best for me. Christina called to let me know she would be available sooner if that worked for me. She was prompt, courteous, professional, and fast. She saved my day and helped me brush off the negative vibes. I needed a fob-style vehicle key created. After a phone call, a technician was sent out very quickly, and easily understood the issue and accomplished the task right in the driveway. The price I was charged was quite reasonable, about half what I might have expected to pay at a dealership. Very pleased with the prompt and professional service received.

I’m sure locksmiths hear their share of sob stories, but nothing adds to the stress of a broken key fob and vehicle trapped in airport parking then the fear of an outrageous bill. I called eighteen locksmiths in the Portland area. Most vaguely quoted me a range of what it could cost up to three times what Alohamora charged. Some locksmiths didn’t have the software to program an our specific vehicle. Another locksmith stood us up after waiting several hours… it was such a headache. Alohamora got back to me quickly via text, providing me a reasonable quote as well as clear communication around scheduling. When Jarred met me at the airport parking lot he was professional, efficient, and kind. I know It doesn’t seem like kindness should matter much, but when you’re a single car family, pacing with your infant desperate to figure out if your car is going to work again—it was comforting to feel like Jarred really cared. I couldn’t be more grateful.

I needed all my exterior locks re-keyed on five doors. The company responded promptly when I first contacted them via the website, and had time available within days. They were great at letting me know my technician had been delayed and gave me the option of rescheduling, which wasn’t necessary because I had time to wait. Alan, the technician was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Since I didn’t have keys for all the locks—some he was able to pick and re-key, but a couple had to be replaced. He was up-front about all pricing. Excellent work all around. Respectful and professional. I will not hesitate to use this company again or refer others to them. Kristina the tech was great! She had my car unlocked and a working ignition key made in 10 minutes. It took another 12 minutes to reset the anti theft system in the cars computer, to sync with the new key transponder chip. (This makes the lost keys useless and will not start the car anymore) that put my mind at ease. These guys have everything they need to do their job efficiently in their van, from the computers needed to reset your cars ecm to key fob replacement . They were awesome!. Kristina their service tech really knows what she is doing!

Excellent service and fair pricing — they were able to resolve a same-day issue replacing my mailbox lock. They even noticed and repaired another issue with our deadbolt at no additional charge. Highly recommend — and a big shout-out to Derek, in particular!

Awesome place! Got my new key within 10 minutes

The first technician who came to help replace my fob was very rude and had attitude and he left without helping me after I said I wouldn't sign the invoice for a different amount than what was agreed upon on the phone, even if it wasnt all going to be charged. He didn't smile, wasn't pleasant in the way he spoke, acted like i was dumb. They sent another technician within a few hrs and he was very kind and quick. If I owned this business I wouldn't want the 1st technician to represent my company. The 2nd was Jarred and he was super nice and quick! I would have given a 1 star review for the first guy and 5 plus star for the second. The owner quickly called and made things right. Thank you for your help I greatly appreciate it.

These guys were able to make two keys without any spare after three other Locksmiths failed on a 2022 Subaru. 12/10

Derek came right out and fixed our 1907 door locks right away. We had several that just wouldn't shut and some knobs that kept popping off. Everything is working great and I have his number for the next one that goes wonky! Will definitely call Alohomora again!
