I am not one to normally leave a review and when I do I hate that for a base good review it needs to be 5 stars. 3 is average if everything is 5 there is no room for improvement or to complement or reward someone for going above and beyond, which I wan doing right now. Derek C went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I am a Disabled Vet and suffer for Diabetes with needed insulin locked inside and was locked out of my Condo and because I had tried 2 other locksmith services prior and had been waiting over a hour after repeated calls to the dispatchers and saying I needed my insulin for a technician to call me back. This was Tuesday I am still waiting on one of them to call. Derek C called me with in 5 minutes of contacting the dispatcher. he said he was about 30 minutes out but got there in under 20 minutes and was prompt in opening the door. I am 100% disable and on a very tight fixed income and Derek C was very willing to work with me on the price and a payment plan in addition to the companies Veteran discount with is always appreciated. For these reason I am writing this review and giving Derek and his company 5 star, He has earned it and I am a Alohomora customer for life. Not only do i recommend this company to you I well and have recommended it to family and friends.

Derek came to fix a garage door lock for me. He was professional, pleasant, prompt. He took care of the issue without turning it into something more expensive than it needed to be. He also provided helpful advice. Great experience!

I would highly recommend this company. Everybody I worked with was very friendly, especially my technician Roman. He went above and beyond to help fix the root of the issue that locked me out of my car in the first place. I will not hesitate to use Alohomora and specifically request Roman as my technician should I require any locksmith services in the future.

The locksmith was timely, courteous and excellent at doing his job. He even made an extra key for the house.

Derek did a great job - re-keyed two electronic dead bolts and 2 regular ones quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend!

9/23 Roman came out and fixed the latch on my back door and added a lock to my storage room. They even gave me a discount for being a repeat customer. This is my GO-TO locksmith! Always excellent service, reasonably priced, & very reliable. Thanks again Roman!

I purchased a used EV, but the previous owner only had one key & fob. I found out that if I lost that one key, it would be very difficult and expensive to replace it. They did a great job and I now have two keys, yay!. I also had a question about my garage door opener that was having problems, and they checked it, and adjusted it so it would work better, and didn't even charge me for that. And the worker was friendly and always told me what he was doing. Perfect!

Derek came out to install a deadbolt but offered a better solution. He installed a new door handle with a locking/deadbolt, made an extra key cleaned up and even fixed the doorknob on my bathroom door. He was very nice and professional. Great service

It was quite a shock when we arrived home late at night and discovered that our house keys were locked in the house. Gabe arrived promptly abt 15 minutes after he was notified, with a very friendly and professional attitude. There was some trouble with the old lock on the front door so he switched to another door and he got it opened in no time. We certainly recommend him. Derek came right out and fixed our 1907 door locks right away. We had several that just wouldn't shut and some knobs that kept popping off. Everything is working great and I have his number for the next one that goes wonky! Will definitely call Alohomora again!

We cleaned our garage today and after we were done we realized the garage door was no longer working. Tried to fix on our own with no luck so we called Alohamora.
