Ineeded to change the locks on my car after an attempted theft. They came to me very quickly and the technician Kristina was genuinely very kind and helpful despite the bad weather. Thank you!

My problem of not being able to start my automobile was resolved. I got a replacement key fob and all should be good for now. Was happy with Gabriel’s work.

I am not one to normally leave a review and when I do I hate that for a base good review it needs to be 5 stars. 3 is average if everything is 5 there is no room for improvement or to complement or reward someone for going above and beyond, which I wan doing right now. Derek C went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I am a Disabled Vet and suffer for Diabetes with needed insulin locked inside and was locked out of my Condo and because I had tried 2 other locksmith services prior and had been waiting over a hour after repeated calls to the dispatchers and saying I needed my insulin for a technician to call me back. This was Tuesday I am still waiting on one of them to call. Derek C called me with in 5 minutes of contacting the dispatcher. he said he was about 30 minutes out but got there in under 20 minutes and was prompt in opening the door. I am 100% disable and on a very tight fixed income and Derek C was very willing to work with me on the price and a payment plan in addition to the companies Veteran discount with is always appreciated. For these reason I am writing this review and giving Derek and his company 5 star, He has earned it and I am a Alohomora customer for life. Not only do i recommend this company to you I well and have recommended it to family and friends.

I am someone who gives extremely rare 5 star reviews. I believe that a business is not measured by how great their customer service is when they are trying to get your as a customer because that would be the honeymoon stage and everything is rosy and bright. A true measure of a company's customer service is when they already completed their service, they got your money and something happens down the line that allows them to put their guarantee to the test. This is what happened to this installation. Sam is my go to guy, if I were to put a review from the intial installation I would have put 4.5 stars because there were some hiccups along the way which didnt make the whole process seamless. Fast forward a year when the lock that was installed got stuck. I immediately called Sam and he sent Cody A who cam within a couple of hours and really spent the time to troubleshoot the issue. If this were just another tech, they probably would have said we need to replace this and that and do this and that. The initial finding was a replacement of one part which was not replaced the last time. Sam was going to give me a 50% discount on the part and the labor will be included since this was the same issue but on a different part within the same door. I asked Cody a lot of questions and our conversation made him test a few things. He found a flaw in the initial installation as well as the key. This ended up saving me money because of the extra effort he put into finding root causes of the issue instead of the easy way that most techs do which is REPLACE. I am very impressed with Cody and it is because of him that this establishment gets a full 5 stars from me. I have a hard time trusting businesses these days but this place has earned my full trust. I highly recommend this place especially Cody A. I have bookmarked this business as my primary locksmith.

What a tremendous experience! Derek C, Alohomora Technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the three different types of combo locks he installed at my home. He answered all my questions and did a great job installing the locks, all the while putting up with my crazy dog.I highly recommend Derek and Alohomora Locksmiths.

Kristina was a delight and freed my husband from being locked in his shop. While she was out she also installed the lock that trapped him and got it up and running on our iPhones. She was out super fast! What a lifesaver. So friendly and helpful.

I was locked out of my car at the grocery store, called Alohomora, and they arrived in less than an hour. They were able create two keys for my car as well as one keyless entry in no time. If you are in a bind, as I was, try them! If you aren’t, try them too, they provide excellent service.

I called at 8:30 am and by 9:30 a technician was at my doorstep! I had asked for 2 tasks. He not only did those but also noticed my front door handle was loose ( a previous locksmith said I’d have to replace my entire front door knob) and he fixed it. He then fixed my garage door knob which had been falling off. No additional charge just awesome customer service!! Gabe-you rock! I will definitely be a return customer!

Thank you, thank you thank you!!!. Sunday morning just got off work 10hr shift. Went to gym decided I didn't need my jacket on. Threw it in the car and "WAIT" click!. Locked the only key inside. Little money, two days before payday. Called random online local spots for help. Alohamora called back worked with us ,very polite, respectful faster then ever would have thought. Whole ordeal was less then half an hour. That's including calling and driver arriving on scene. Two thumbs up ten stars. Trust one thing in life. Alohamora will get you back to your busy life before yah know ahh.

I had two electronic deadbolts installed. One door already had a deadbolt and the other one had to have the whole deadbolt thing put in. Jose did a great job, explained everything clearly, arrived when he said he would, cleaned up after himself, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and making sure everything worked the way it was supposed to. I will certainly be calling them again for further lock work.

We cleaned our garage today and after we were done we realized the garage door was no longer working. Tried to fix on our own with no luck so we called Alohamora. Derek arrived in the afternoon same day, fixed it with some electrical tape in a short amount of time. We had a break in, Alohomora got there same day, was able to save a lot of compliments of the lock. Derek was a great communicator, kept me in the loop with what he was doing. Hope to never need a locksmith again but now in the card file, great to have a solid contact.

I was locked out of my 2002 bmw 330i and Kristina was able to get in and saved my day. It was a pleasure work with her!

Kristina the tech was great! She had my car unlocked and a working ignition key made in 10 minutes. It took another 12 minutes to reset the anti theft system in the cars computer, to sync with the new key transponder chip. (This makes the lost keys useless and will not start the car anymore) that put my mind at ease. These guys have everything they need to do their job efficiently in their van, from the computers needed to reset your cars ecm to key fob replacement . They were awesome!. Kristina their service tech really knows what she is doing!

It was quite a shock when we arrived home late at night and discovered that our house keys were locked in the house. Gabe arrived promptly abt 15 minutes after he was notified, with a very friendly and professional attitude. There was some trouble with the old lock on the front door so he switched to another door and he got it opened in no time. We certainly recommend him. Jared could not find a door to open as there were chain locks on all the doors but one except that it had a stuck latch with no lock-he was able to take out (and Not break) a small window in the door-brilliant -the guy never gave up!!!!!!
