Great experience all around & truly top notch service. That was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Everything was quick and seamless with Alohomora. The deadbolt on our back door broke and we couldn't use the door at all, and Cody arrived within ~20 minutes of calling the company. He did a fantastic job both extracting the old lock and installing a new one. Cody even realigned our door latch so everything opens and closes smoothly! All in all the process took less than 2 hours from calling Alohomora to finishing the job, and the price was definitely very reasonable! I'll definitely call them again for future locksmithing needs!

Exceptional Service – More Than Just a Locksmith! I genuinely wish there were more stars to give, but five is the limit! My wife found herself in an incredibly stressful situation when our little two-year-old accidentally locked himself in our master bedroom—key inside, door childproofed, and no way to open it from either side. Unfortunately, I wasn’t home to help, which made it even more overwhelming for her. I quickly searched on Google and came across Alohamore. From the moment I called and explained the predicament, Derek responded more like a rescue firefighter than a locksmith. Kristina the tech was great! She had my car unlocked and a working ignition key made in 10 minutes. It took another 12 minutes to reset the anti theft system in the cars computer, to sync with the new key transponder chip. (This makes the lost keys useless and will not start the car anymore) that put my mind at ease. These guys have everything they need to do their job efficiently in their van, from the computers needed to reset your cars ecm to key fob replacement . They were awesome!. Kristina their service tech really knows what she is doing!

The first technician who came to help replace my fob was very rude and had attitude and he left without helping me after I said I wouldn't sign the invoice for a different amount than what was agreed upon on the phone, even if it wasnt all going to be charged. He didn't smile, wasn't pleasant in the way he spoke, acted like i was dumb. They sent another technician within a few hrs and he was very kind and quick. If I owned this business I wouldn't want the 1st technician to represent my company. The 2nd was Jarred and he was super nice and quick! I would have given a 1 star review for the first guy and 5 plus star for the second. The owner quickly called and made things right. Thank you for your help I greatly appreciate it.
