Best locksmith service, very professional and respectful phone agents, worked with me on timing that fits my schedule, did a wonderful job at giving me the correct and informal information I needed, also with explaining all my opinions and what they could do to help assist me in getting back into my vehicle. Very reasonable on pricing and reliable. On time to our scheduled appointment with a courteous phone call informing me of their arrival about 5 to 10 minutes before they showed up. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient at his job. No hassle, no issues, no stress, got me back into my car, and a new key made in less than 15 minutes.

My problem of not being able to start my automobile was resolved. I got a replacement key fob and all should be good for now. Was happy with Gabriel’s work.

I needed all my exterior locks re-keyed on five doors. The company responded promptly when I first contacted them via the website, and had time available within days. They were great at letting me know my technician had been delayed and gave me the option of rescheduling, which wasn’t necessary because I had time to wait. Alan, the technician was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Since I didn’t have keys for all the locks—some he was able to pick and re-key, but a couple had to be replaced. He was up-front about all pricing. Excellent work all around. Respectful and professional. I will not hesitate to use this company again or refer others to them. Service so good, you’ll feel like it’s magic. 😉

I am not one to normally leave a review and when I do I hate that for a base good review it needs to be 5 stars. 3 is average if everything is 5 there is no room for improvement or to complement or reward someone for going above and beyond, which I wan doing right now. Derek C went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I am a Disabled Vet and suffer for Diabetes with needed insulin locked inside and was locked out of my Condo and because I had tried 2 other locksmith services prior and had been waiting over a hour after repeated calls to the dispatchers and saying I needed my insulin for a technician to call me back. This was Tuesday I am still waiting on one of them to call. Derek C called me with in 5 minutes of contacting the dispatcher. he said he was about 30 minutes out but got there in under 20 minutes and was prompt in opening the door. I am 100% disable and on a very tight fixed income and Derek C was very willing to work with me on the price and a payment plan in addition to the companies Veteran discount with is always appreciated. For these reason I am writing this review and giving Derek and his company 5 star, He has earned it and I am a Alohomora customer for life. Not only do i recommend this company to you I well and have recommended it to family and friends.

Great experience all around & truly top notch service. That was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. The representative, Carlos, immediately organized a technician named Cody to get out to me in an hour! Cody also promptly arrived, was courteous, assessed the situation and completed the entire job in under 30 minutes. He then explained everything he did in detail to me. Zack the key tech was extremely friendly, got my service completed within 15 to 20 minutes of arrival. Getting a copy of a Sprinter key has never been easier.

I can't explain how annoying it is to have to pay ADHD tax. Derek w/ Alohomora blew my mind with his kindness and efficacy at solving my problem. I lost my van key (and found it later) but needed to move it ASAP. Derek responded in a timely manner and had the problem solved in 30 minutes. Excellent service and comparable prices across the board. Will definitely be keeping his card for future ADHD taxes.

I had a broken off key stuck in the front door. Turns out the lock was pretty well shot. Derek fixed me up with a new lock and even re-keyed the new lock to my existing keys. He really bailed me out of a jam. Thanks again, Derek.

Fair pricing. Good communication. Great customer service. Jarred was a total hero! I’m sure locksmiths hear their share of sob stories, but nothing adds to the stress of a broken key fob and vehicle trapped in airport parking then the fear of an outrageous bill. I called eighteen locksmiths in the Portland area. Most vaguely quoted me a range of what it could cost up to three times what Alohamora charged. Some locksmiths didn’t have the software to program an our specific vehicle. Another locksmith stood us up after waiting several hours… it was such a headache. Alohamora got back to me quickly via text, providing me a reasonable quote as well as clear communication around scheduling. When Jarred met me at the airport parking lot he was professional, efficient, and kind. I know It doesn’t seem like kindness should matter much, but when you’re a single car family, pacing with your infant desperate to figure out if your car is going to work again—it was comforting to feel like Jarred really cared. I couldn’t be more grateful.

Super fast and friendly service. We needed our latch replaced and Cody came over within 30 minutes of my initial call. I wasn’t expecting fast service, just called to set something up for the future, but I’m so glad the job/task is done and our door opens and closes without issue as of today. This is my second time calling Alohomora for other lock problems, and once again , Cody fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price.

Derek was able to arrive same day to switch out our locks. I can't believe how quickly he was able to finish the job and he even fixed a door that hadn't been latching properly. I'll definitely use Alohomora again in the future.

We used Alohomora for car key fob replication. They have a mobile van that came to us and scheduled it the same day. The cost was considerably cheaper than if we had this done at the dealership. I would utilize them again if needed.
