Derek came out to install a deadbolt but offered a better solution. He installed a new door handle with a locking/deadbolt, made an extra key cleaned up and even fixed the doorknob on my bathroom door. He was very nice and professional. I would recommend him for any job you might have. Thank you again Derek .

Vehicle ignition lock cylinder seized, Alohomora was able to send someone out same day to repair it. Roman was great, friendly and knowledgeable, he repaired the lock cylinder and had me on my way!! Would recommend

I am someone who gives extremely rare 5 star reviews. I believe that a business is not measured by how great their customer service is when they are trying to get your as a customer because that would be the honeymoon stage and everything is rosy and bright. A true measure of a company's customer service is when they already completed their service, they got your money and something happens down the line that allows them to put their guarantee to the test. This is what happened to this installation. Sam is my go to guy, if I were to put a review from the intial installation I would have put 4.5 stars because there were some hiccups along the way which didnt make the whole process seamless. Fast forward a year when the lock that was installed got stuck. I immediately called Sam and he sent Cody A who cam within a couple of hours and really spent the time to troubleshoot the issue. If this were just another tech, they probably would have said we need to replace this and that and do this and that. The initial finding was a replacement of one part which was not replaced the last time. Sam was going to give me a 50% discount on the part and the labor will be included since this was the same issue but on a different part within the same door. I asked Cody a lot of questions and our conversation made him test a few things. He found a flaw in the initial installation as well as the key. This ended up saving me money because of the extra effort he put into finding root causes of the issue instead of the easy way that most techs do which is REPLACE. I am very impressed with Cody and it is because of him that this establishment gets a full 5 stars from me. I have a hard time trusting businesses these days but this place has earned my full trust. I highly recommend this place especially Cody A. I have bookmarked this business as my primary locksmith.

It was quite a shock when we arrived home late at night and discovered that our house keys were locked in the house. Gabe arrived promptly abt 15 minutes after he was notified, with a very friendly and professional attitude. There was some trouble with the old lock on the front door so he switched to another door and he got it opened in no time. We certainly recommend him. I purchased a used EV, but the previous owner only had one key & fob. I found out that if I lost that one key, it would be very difficult and expensive to replace it. They did a great job and I now have two keys, yay!. I also had a question about my garage door opener that was having problems, and they checked it, and adjusted it so it would work better, and didn't even charge me for that. And the worker was friendly and always told me what he was doing. Perfect!

Kristina was a delight and freed my husband from being locked in his shop. While she was out she also installed the lock that trapped him and got it up and running on our iPhones. She was out super fast! What a lifesaver. So friendly and helpful.

Jared could not find a door to open as there were chain locks on all the doors but one except that it had a stuck latch with no lock-he was able to take out (and Not break) a small window in the door-brilliant -the guy never gave up!!!!!!

Our family dog got locked inside bedroom my bedroom by mistake. But the locksmith (Alex) with Alohamora was there and opening up the door in no time. Our family is especially grateful especially our dog! Highly recommend this locksmith.

Derek helped me out last week when the latch to my front door broke. He was very professional, explained what was wrong and what he was fixing. Will definitely use Alohomora again the next time I need to get a lock fixed.

Kristina the tech was great! She had my car unlocked and a working ignition key made in 10 minutes. It took another 12 minutes to reset the anti theft system in the cars computer, to sync with the new key transponder chip. (This makes the lost keys useless and will not start the car anymore) that put my mind at ease. These guys have everything they need to do their job efficiently in their van, from the computers needed to reset your cars ecm to key fob replacement . They were awesome!. Kristina their service tech really knows what she is doing!

Zack the key tech was extremely friendly, got my service completed within 15 to 20 minutes of arrival. Getting a copy of a Sprinter key has never been easier.

Lucked into finding Alohamora through Google and the 5 star reviews are warranted! They promptly answered the phone with excellent customer service and quoted me a fantastic price. Jonathan, the service technician, came to my home within a few hours and was able to source and program a new key fob as well as copy a laser cut key. He ensured that we were completely satisfied with his work before payment. He was also a pleasure to work with, being both kind and excellent at his job. I will call back for any future needs.

Fair pricing. Good communication. Great customer service. Jarred was a total hero! I’m sure locksmiths hear their share of sob stories, but nothing adds to the stress of a broken key fob and vehicle trapped in airport parking then the fear of an outrageous bill. I called eighteen locksmiths in the Portland area. Most vaguely quoted me a range of what it could cost up to three times what Alohamora charged. Some locksmiths didn’t have the software to program an our specific vehicle. Another locksmith stood us up after waiting several hours… it was such a headache. Alohamora got back to me quickly via text, providing me a reasonable quote as well as clear communication around scheduling. When Jarred met me at the airport parking lot he was professional, efficient, and kind. I know It doesn’t seem like kindness should matter much, but when you’re a single car family, pacing with your infant desperate to figure out if your car is going to work again—it was comforting to feel like Jarred really cared. I couldn’t be more grateful.

What a tremendous experience! Derek C, Alohomora Technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the three different types of combo locks he installed at my home. He answered all my questions and did a great job installing the locks, all the while putting up with my crazy dog.I highly recommend Derek and Alohomora Locksmiths.

We used Alohomora for car key fob replication. They have a mobile van that came to us and scheduled it the same day. The cost was considerably cheaper than if we had this done at the dealership. I would utilize them again if needed.
