I had two electronic deadbolts installed. One door already had a deadbolt and the other one had to have the whole deadbolt thing put in. Jose did a great job, explained everything clearly, arrived when he said he would, cleaned up after himself, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and making sure everything worked the way it was supposed to. I will certainly be calling them again for further lock work.

This is our second time using this companies services on our garage door and it was great. Derek the technician was very good and quick on setting up our new motor for our garage door. He came on a Sunday to help us solve our problem! Derek did a great job.

Everything went great. Very competitive price. Knowledgeable and speedy installer. (f.y.i. if you have a decent AAA package you can possibly get a check for a partial reimbursement..;)

I can't explain how annoying it is to have to pay ADHD tax. Derek w/ Alohomora blew my mind with his kindness and efficacy at solving my problem. I lost my van key (and found it later) but needed to move it ASAP. Derek responded in a timely manner and had the problem solved in 30 minutes. Excellent service and comparable prices across the board. Will definitely be keeping his card for future ADHD taxes.

Max was AMAZING. Got locked out of my townhome and maintenance was not able to assist. It was late Saturday night and Max was prompt and diligent. He continued working on the door for 50 minutes until he was able to open it. Reliable and diligent worker. Absolutely recommended.

Derek came out to install a deadbolt but offered a better solution. He installed a new door handle with a locking/deadbolt, made an extra key cleaned up and even fixed the doorknob on my bathroom door. He was very nice and professional. It was quite a shock when we arrived home late at night and discovered that our house keys were locked in the house. Gabe arrived promptly abt 15 minutes after he was notified, with a very friendly and professional attitude. There was some trouble with the old lock on the front door so he switched to another door and he got it opened in no time. We certainly recommend him. The guys who work at Alohomora are wonderful gentleman. They are straightforward, and determined to help. Today they fixed my ignition, and I could not be happier with the services they provided. Now I can get to work lol. I will certainly call them if I need any locksmith help in the future.

Jared could not find a door to open as there were chain locks on all the doors but one except that it had a stuck latch with no lock-he was able to take out (and Not break) a small window in the door-brilliant -the guy never gave up!!!!!!

I am not one to normally leave a review and when I do I hate that for a base good review it needs to be 5 stars. 3 is average if everything is 5 there is no room for improvement or to complement or reward someone for going above and beyond, which I wan doing right now. Derek C went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I am a Disabled Vet and suffer for Diabetes with needed insulin locked inside and was locked out of my Condo and because I had tried 2 other locksmith services prior and had been waiting over a hour after repeated calls to the dispatchers and saying I needed my insulin for a technician to call me back. This was Tuesday I am still waiting on one of them to call. Derek C called me with in 5 minutes of contacting the dispatcher. he said he was about 30 minutes out but got there in under 20 minutes and was prompt in opening the door. I am 100% disable and on a very tight fixed income and Derek C was very willing to work with me on the price and a payment plan in addition to the companies Veteran discount with is always appreciated. For these reason I am writing this review and giving Derek and his company 5 star, He has earned it and I am a Alohomora customer for life. Not only do i recommend this company to you I well and have recommended it to family and friends.

Thank you, thank you thank you!!!. Sunday morning just got off work 10hr shift. Went to gym decided I didn't need my jacket on. Threw it in the car and "WAIT" click!. Locked the only key inside. Little money, two days before payday. Called random online local spots for help. Alohamora called back worked with us ,very polite, respectful faster then ever would have thought. Whole ordeal was less then half an hour. That's including calling and driver arriving on scene. Two thumbs up ten stars. Trust one thing in life.
