Great pricing , same day service and on time

Derek was able to arrive same day to switch out our locks. I can't believe how quickly he was able to finish the job and he even fixed a door that hadn't been latching properly. I'll definitely use Alohomora again in the future.

Jared could not find a door to open as there were chain locks on all the doors but one except that it had a stuck latch with no lock-he was able to take out (and Not break) a small window in the door-brilliant -the guy never gave up!!!!!!

I needed all my exterior locks re-keyed on five doors. The company responded promptly when I first contacted them via the website, and had time available within days. They were great at letting me know my technician had been delayed and gave me the option of rescheduling, which wasn’t necessary because I had time to wait. Alan, the technician was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Since I didn’t have keys for all the locks—some he was able to pick and re-key, but a couple had to be replaced. He was up-front about all pricing. Excellent work all around. Respectful and professional. I will not hesitate to use this company again or refer others to them. Service so good, you’ll feel like it’s magic. 😉

We cleaned our garage today and after we were done we realized the garage door was no longer working. Tried to fix on our own with no luck so we called Alohamora. Derek arrived in the afternoon same day, fixed it with some electrical tape in a short amount of time. Super fast and friendly service. We needed our latch replaced and Cody came over within 30 minutes of my initial call. I wasn’t expecting fast service, just called to set something up for the future, but I’m so glad the job/task is done and our door opens and closes without issue as of today. This is my second time calling Alohomora for other lock problems, and once again , Cody fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price.

Thank you, thank you thank you!!!. Sunday morning just got off work 10hr shift. Went to gym decided I didn't need my jacket on. Threw it in the car and "WAIT" click!. Locked the only key inside. Little money, two days before payday. Called random online local spots for help. Alohamora called back worked with us ,very polite, respectful faster then ever would have thought. Whole ordeal was less then half an hour. That's including calling and driver arriving on scene. Two thumbs up ten stars. Trust one thing in life. These people are the best! Anyone who has been locked out has a story of inconvenience and frustration. I went to Google and read thru reviews of other locksmiths not wanting to add insult to injury. When I called I was offered an estimate complete with a heads-up on the service fee, all of which were super reasonable, and the freedom to choose the two-hour window that worked best for me. Christina called to let me know she would be available sooner if that worked for me. She was prompt, courteous, professional, and fast. She saved my day and helped me brush off the negative vibes. I had a broken off key stuck in the front door. Turns out the lock was pretty well shot. Derek fixed me up with a new lock and even re-keyed the new lock to my existing keys. He really bailed me out of a jam. Thanks again, Derek.

Roman was able to come right out the same day I called. He cut new keys and programmed the keys and a new replacement transponder for my car. He was fast and professional and the fee was exactly what they quoted me on the phone. I would recommend!

I called at 8:30 am and by 9:30 a technician was at my doorstep! I had asked for 2 tasks. He not only did those but also noticed my front door handle was loose ( a previous locksmith said I’d have to replace my entire front door knob) and he fixed it. He then fixed my garage door knob which had been falling off. No additional charge just awesome customer service!! Gabe-you rock! I will definitely be a return customer!

Kristina was a delight and freed my husband from being locked in his shop. While she was out she also installed the lock that trapped him and got it up and running on our iPhones. She was out super fast! What a lifesaver. So friendly and helpful.

I am not one to normally leave a review and when I do I hate that for a base good review it needs to be 5 stars. 3 is average if everything is 5 there is no room for improvement or to complement or reward someone for going above and beyond, which I wan doing right now. Derek C went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I am a Disabled Vet and suffer for Diabetes with needed insulin locked inside and was locked out of my Condo and because I had tried 2 other locksmith services prior and had been waiting over a hour after repeated calls to the dispatchers and saying I needed my insulin for a technician to call me back. This was Tuesday I am still waiting on one of them to call. Derek C called me with in 5 minutes of contacting the dispatcher. he said he was about 30 minutes out but got there in under 20 minutes and was prompt in opening the door. I am 100% disable and on a very tight fixed income and Derek C was very willing to work with me on the price and a payment plan in addition to the companies Veteran discount with is always appreciated. For these reason I am writing this review and giving Derek and his company 5 star, He has earned it and I am a Alohomora customer for life. Not only do i recommend this company to you I well and have recommended it to family and friends.

Derek came right out and fixed our 1907 door locks right away. We had several that just wouldn't shut and some knobs that kept popping off. Everything is working great and I have his number for the next one that goes wonky! Will definitely call Alohomora again!
