My problem of not being able to start my automobile was resolved. I got a replacement key fob and all should be good for now. Was happy with Gabriel’s work.

Zack the key tech was extremely friendly, got my service completed within 15 to 20 minutes of arrival. Getting a copy of a Sprinter key has never been easier.

I am someone who gives extremely rare 5 star reviews. I believe that a business is not measured by how great their customer service is when they are trying to get your as a customer because that would be the honeymoon stage and everything is rosy and bright. A true measure of a company's customer service is when they already completed their service, they got your money and something happens down the line that allows them to put their guarantee to the test. This is what happened to this installation. Sam is my go to guy, if I were to put a review from the intial installation I would have put 4.5 stars because there were some hiccups along the way which didnt make the whole process seamless. Fast forward a year when the lock that was installed got stuck. I immediately called Sam and he sent Cody A who cam within a couple of hours and really spent the time to troubleshoot the issue. If this were just another tech, they probably would have said we need to replace this and that and do this and that. The initial finding was a replacement of one part which was not replaced the last time. Sam was going to give me a 50% discount on the part and the labor will be included since this was the same issue but on a different part within the same door. I asked Cody a lot of questions and our conversation made him test a few things. He found a flaw in the initial installation as well as the key. This ended up saving me money because of the extra effort he put into finding root causes of the issue instead of the easy way that most techs do which is REPLACE. I am very impressed with Cody and it is because of him that this establishment gets a full 5 stars from me. I have a hard time trusting businesses these days but this place has earned my full trust. I highly recommend this place especially Cody A. I have bookmarked this business as my primary locksmith.

The first technician who came to help replace my fob was very rude and had attitude and he left without helping me after I said I wouldn't sign the invoice for a different amount than what was agreed upon on the phone, even if it wasnt all going to be charged. He didn't smile, wasn't pleasant in the way he spoke, acted like i was dumb. They sent another technician within a few hrs and he was very kind and quick. If I owned this business I wouldn't want the 1st technician to represent my company. The 2nd was Jarred and he was super nice and quick! I would have given a 1 star review for the first guy and 5 plus star for the second. The owner quickly called and made things right. Thank you for your help I greatly appreciate it.

What a tremendous experience! Derek C, Alohomora Technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the three different types of combo locks he installed at my home. He answered all my questions and did a great job installing the locks, all the while putting up with my crazy dog.I highly recommend Derek and Alohomora Locksmiths.

Kristina the tech was great! She had my car unlocked and a working ignition key made in 10 minutes. It took another 12 minutes to reset the anti theft system in the cars computer, to sync with the new key transponder chip. (This makes the lost keys useless and will not start the car anymore) that put my mind at ease. These guys have everything they need to do their job efficiently in their van, from the computers needed to reset your cars ecm to key fob replacement . They were awesome!. Kristina their service tech really knows what she is doing!

I had three doors at my new house that needed new locks, plus adding a number pad lock to my front door. The locksmith arrived that afternoon and did a great job installing the locks. He was friendly and helpful, making sure I understood how to program the number pad lock. I would recommend Alohomora Locksmith for their prompt response and quality work. These people are the best! Anyone who has been locked out has a story of inconvenience and frustration. I went to Google and read thru reviews of other locksmiths not wanting to add insult to injury. When I called I was offered an estimate complete with a heads-up on the service fee, all of which were super reasonable, and the freedom to choose the two-hour window that worked best for me. Christina called to let me know she would be available sooner if that worked for me. She was prompt, courteous, professional, and fast. She saved my day and helped me brush off the negative vibes. Incredibly grateful!!

The locksmith was timely, courteous and excellent at doing his job. He even made an extra key for the house.

I left my keys in the trunk of my car and couldn't open it from the cabin. Someone was kind enough to come by early in the morning on a Saturday... I was also an idoit and left my keys in the trunk again when I was fixing my lever issue. So I called her again and she came back to help. Luckily, I already fixed the lever problem as soon as I could and I called her again as she was pulling up. She didn't have to help me again and I couldn't tell if she was annoyed or not but we laughed about it. Point is, the technician was very nice. I never had to call a locksmith before and I felt stupid but it all worked out and I'm very appreciative they were able to come out. Especially on a Saturday morning

I would highly recommend this company. Everybody I worked with was very friendly, especially my technician Roman. He went above and beyond to help fix the root of the issue that locked me out of my car in the first place. I will not hesitate to use Alohomora and specifically request Roman as my technician should I require any locksmith services in the future.

I am not one to normally leave a review and when I do I hate that for a base good review it needs to be 5 stars. 3 is average if everything is 5 there is no room for improvement or to complement or reward someone for going above and beyond, which I wan doing right now. Derek C went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I am a Disabled Vet and suffer for Diabetes with needed insulin locked inside and was locked out of my Condo and because I had tried 2 other locksmith services prior and had been waiting over a hour after repeated calls to the dispatchers and saying I needed my insulin for a technician to call me back. This was Tuesday I am still waiting on one of them to call. Derek C called me with in 5 minutes of contacting the dispatcher. he said he was about 30 minutes out but got there in under 20 minutes and was prompt in opening the door. I am 100% disable and on a very tight fixed income and Derek C was very willing to work with me on the price and a payment plan in addition to the companies Veteran discount with is always appreciated. For these reason I am writing this review and giving Derek and his company 5 star, He has earned it and I am a Alohomora customer for life. Not only do i recommend this company to you I well and have recommended it to family and friends.

Roman was able to come right out the same day I called. He cut new keys and programmed the keys and a new replacement transponder for my car. He was fast and professional and the fee was exactly what they quoted me on the phone. I would recommend!

The guy came in got the job right done took less then 30 minutes and he was really nice

Derek was able to arrive same day to switch out our locks. I can't believe how quickly he was able to finish the job and he even fixed a door that hadn't been latching properly. I'll definitely use Alohomora again in the future.

We’ll again locked my keys in the car without a spare on a Sunday. Not sure who to call with little funds We came across Alohomora Not only are understanding fast then any service less then ten minutes they were here done before I could get my wallet out If you ever need help in a hurry these are the guys to call

Fast service, Best price, friendly service and they even found the code for the door keypad with no extra charge!

I had two electronic deadbolts installed. One door already had a deadbolt and the other one had to have the whole deadbolt thing put in. Jose did a great job, explained everything clearly, arrived when he said he would, cleaned up after himself, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and making sure everything worked the way it was supposed to. I will certainly be calling them again for further lock work.

Idk how good they are as a company but 5 out of 5 for the name! So dope!
