We cleaned our garage today and after we were done we realized the garage door was no longer working. Tried to fix on our own with no luck so we called Alohamora. Derek arrived in the afternoon same day, fixed it with some electrical tape in a short amount of time. He was polite, efficient and friendly and we would definitely call this same place again for any future needs. Thanks Derek and Alohamora.

I am not one to normally leave a review and when I do I hate that for a base good review it needs to be 5 stars. 3 is average if everything is 5 there is no room for improvement or to complement or reward someone for going above and beyond, which I wan doing right now. Derek C went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I am a Disabled Vet and suffer for Diabetes with needed insulin locked inside and was locked out of my Condo and because I had tried 2 other locksmith services prior and had been waiting over a hour after repeated calls to the dispatchers and saying I needed my insulin for a technician to call me back. This was Tuesday I am still waiting on one of them to call. Derek C called me with in 5 minutes of contacting the dispatcher. he said he was about 30 minutes out but got there in under 20 minutes and was prompt in opening the door. I am 100% disable and on a very tight fixed income and Derek C was very willing to work with me on the price and a payment plan in addition to the companies Veteran discount with is always appreciated. For these reason I am writing this review and giving Derek and his company 5 star, He has earned it and I am a Alohomora customer for life. Not only do i recommend this company to you I well and have recommended it to family and friends.

I loved the work! It was super fast, I was all over the place today and they helped with my time frame were very flexible and kind ! Derek got me into my apartment in under 20 minutes and had a great attitude . Very pleased thank you!

Derek helped me out last week when the latch to my front door broke. He was very professional, explained what was wrong and what he was fixing. Will definitely use Alohomora again the next time I need to get a lock fixed.

We used Alohomora for car key fob replication. They have a mobile van that came to us and scheduled it the same day. The cost was considerably cheaper than if we had this done at the dealership. I would utilize them again if needed.

Jonathan, the service technician, came to my home within a few hours and was able to source and program a new key fob as well as copy a laser cut key. He ensured that we were completely satisfied with his work before payment. He was also a pleasure to work with, being both kind and excellent at his job. I will call back for any future needs.

I left my keys in the trunk of my car and couldn't open it from the cabin. Someone was kind enough to come by early in the morning on a Saturday... I was also an idoit and left my keys in the trunk again when I was fixing my lever issue. So I called her again and she came back to help. Luckily, I already fixed the lever problem as soon as I could and I called her again as she was pulling up. She didn't have to help me again and I couldn't tell if she was annoyed or not but we laughed about it. Point is, the technician was very nice. I never had to call a locksmith before and I felt stupid but it all worked out and I'm very appreciative they were able to come out. Especially on a Saturday morning
