I called at 8:30 am and by 9:30 a technician was at my doorstep! I had asked for 2 tasks. He not only did those but also noticed my front door handle was loose ( a previous locksmith said I’d have to replace my entire front door knob) and he fixed it. He then fixed my garage door knob which had been falling off. No additional charge just awesome customer service!! Gabe-you rock! I will definitely be a return customer!

Super fast and friendly service. We needed our latch replaced and Cody came over within 30 minutes of my initial call. I wasn’t expecting fast service, just called to set something up for the future, but I’m so glad the job/task is done and our door opens and closes without issue as of today. Kristina the tech was great! She had my car unlocked and a working ignition key made in 10 minutes. It took another 12 minutes to reset the anti theft system in the cars computer, to sync with the new key transponder chip. (This makes the lost keys useless and will not start the car anymore) that put my mind at ease. These guys have everything they need to do their job efficiently in their van, from the computers needed to reset your cars ecm to key fob replacement . They were awesome!. Kristina their service tech really knows what she is doing!

We cleaned our garage today and after we were done we realized the garage door was no longer working. Tried to fix on our own with no luck so we called Alohamora. Derek arrived in the afternoon same day, fixed it with some electrical tape in a short amount of time. He was polite, efficient and friendly and we would definitely call this same place again for any future needs. Thanks Derek and Alohamora.

I am not one to normally leave a review and when I do I hate that for a base good review it needs to be 5 stars. 3 is average if everything is 5 there is no room for improvement or to complement or reward someone for going above and beyond, which I wan doing right now. Derek C went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I am a Disabled Vet and suffer for Diabetes with needed insulin locked inside and was locked out of my Condo and because I had tried 2 other locksmith services prior and had been waiting over a hour after repeated calls to the dispatchers and saying I needed my insulin for a technician to call me back. This was Tuesday I am still waiting on one of them to call. Derek C called me with in 5 minutes of contacting the dispatcher. he said he was about 30 minutes out but got there in under 20 minutes and was prompt in opening the door. I am 100% disable and on a very tight fixed income and Derek C was very willing to work with me on the price and a payment plan in addition to the companies Veteran discount with is always appreciated. For these reason I am writing this review and giving Derek and his company 5 star, He has earned it and I am a Alohomora customer for life. Not only do i recommend this company to you I well and have recommended it to family and friends.

Great experience all around & truly top notch service. That was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. The representative, Carlos, immediately organized a technician named Cody to get out to me in an hour! Cody also promptly arrived, was courteous, assessed the situation and completed the entire job in under 30 minutes. He then explained everything he did in detail to me. Quick service, amazing customer service and great technicians. Looking forward to using your services again in the future and recommending you all to others.

Everything was quick and seamless with Alohomora. The deadbolt on our back door broke and we couldn't use the door at all, and Cody arrived within ~20 minutes of calling the company. He did a fantastic job both extracting the old lock and installing a new one. Cody even realigned our door latch so everything opens and closes smoothly! All in all the process took less than 2 hours from calling Alohomora to finishing the job, and the price was definitely very reasonable! I'll definitely call them again for future locksmithing needs!

Zack the key tech was extremely friendly, got my service completed within 15 to 20 minutes of arrival. Getting a copy of a Sprinter key has never been easier.

These people are the best! Anyone who has been locked out has a story of inconvenience and frustration. I went to Google and read thru reviews of other locksmiths not wanting to add insult to injury. When I called I was offered an estimate complete with a heads-up on the service fee, all of which were super reasonable, and the freedom to choose the two-hour window that worked best for me. Christina called to let me know she would be available sooner if that worked for me. She was prompt, courteous, professional, and fast. She saved my day and helped me brush off the negative vibes.
